This Is The Flag Of The City Of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia (Canada).  In The Hoist Of The Flag Is A Red Wheel –  Representing Steam Locomotive.  The Red Fish –  Represents The River Coquitlam From Which The City Received Its Name And Means Little Red Fish. The Central Band Of Heraldic Fess Used A Special Edge Implying A Conifer Twig.  The Heraldic Fess Can Be Seen As A Pathway, With The Edge Representing The Cities Green Spaces And The Wealth From The Forests.  The Railway Is Represented By The Two Gold Bands.
