Shipping Information

The Flag Shop ships worldwide. When you place the order, your estimated shipping charge will appear when you check out as well as in your email confirmation. The Flag Shop will advise you the final shipping charge when you order flagpoles or large items.

Please Note:

Shipping for order amount over $1,000 will be custom quoted which will not appear in the online shopping cart, please contact your nearest Flag Shop to confirm final shipping cost.
If you have purchased a flagpole that is over 3′ long, an additional shipping charge of $20.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be added to your order.
On smaller shipments (for example: decals, pins… etc.) the shipping rates may be lowered. We will confirm the final shipping rate with you after the order is placed.
Shipping costs are still subject to change.
Shipping charges are for small parcels up to 5 lbs to major cities in Canada and may not apply to rural or remote communities. We will contact you with an accurate shipping rate before shipping.

We also offer in-store pick up. Once you place your order, the store will let you know when it’s ready for you to collect.

Your own courier may be used. Please choose the “Courier” option from shipping and then either put in your account info in the comments box at the end or contact us to let us know.

Shipping to United States
